Popular with rock climbers, fell runners and more casual visitors Stanage Edge is a gritstone outcrop which runs along the ridge of a high hill overlooking Hathersage and the eastern end of the Hope Valley in the Peak District.

Stanage Edge was used in the 2005 film version of Jane Austen's "Pride and Prejudice" starring Keira Knightley.
