The Hambleton Hills

Whitestone Cliff as viewed from Sutton Bank, North Yorkshire

The Hambleton Hills are a range of hills which form the western edge of the North York Moors, overlooking the wide plains of the Vale of Mowbray.

Along the edge of the hills are a series of limestone cliffs, including Roulston Scar (pictured above from near Sutton Bank) and Whitestone Cliff.
